Another Beautiful People link up with the Notebook Sisters. This time I'll do Oddball. Just Oddball.
1) What does your character regret the most in their life?
Letting someone die.
2) What is your character's happiest memory? Most sorrowful memory?
Happiest: when his mother would have a sane moment, and was actually just his mother for a few seconds.
Most sorrowful. . . I think that would be a spoiler.
3) What majorly gets on your character’s nerves?
Things that are illogical and don't make sense. Inconsistencies. And bad singing.
4) Do they act differently when they're around people as opposed to being alone? If so, how?
To some extent yes, Oddball does have antics and can be a bit of an expressionist when he is alone or around people he is well acquainted with. If he does not know the people he is around well, he feels very uncomfortable and tries hard not to bring attention to himself. In a crowd, he feels strangled and gets very stiff and quiet. With his close friends though, he is intelligent and hilarious.
5) What are their beliefs and superstitions? (Examples: their religion or lack of one, conspiracy theories, throwing salt, fear of black cats.)
He doesn't really have any. He believes that God is real. But he's not sure he really believes God is good or forgiving. He's not into superstitions or anything really. He's more of the scientific sort. So we're kind of lucky that he does believe in God.
6) What are their catchphrases, or things they say frequently?
I'm not really sure if there's something he says often. Oddball doesn't really talk much. I don't think he has a catch phrase.
7) Would they be more prone to facing fears or running from them?
Haha. Running.
8) Do they have a good self image?
Um, no.
9) Do they turn to people when they're upset, or do they isolate themselves?
He definitely isolates himself since he's not really a people person.
10) If they were standing next to you would it make you laugh or cry?
Oddball would not cry in front of me, and I don't think I would cry in front of him. We would probably end up snickering to ourselves about some inconsistency in life or roar on the floor over inside jokes that leaves everybody else staring at us like we're crazy. But only because they didn't get it, which makes it all the more funnier for us. If he watched movies or TV, we would probably be those people who could have a whole conversation made entirely out of quotes.
